ROOFING MAINTENANCE & REPAIR

Roof Coating & Reconditioning Solutions

Fluid Applied Roofing products have been available for 30 years or more, but only in the last 15 years have they been perfected and widely used. Fluid Applied roofing is the process of coating an existing flat roof or metal roof system with multiple coats of an elastomeric roof coating to “create” a new roof system that is waterproof, seamless, and reflective. In the case of most flat roofs and all metal roofs, it is by far the MOST INEXPENSIVE way to reroof a building. A well-installed, fluid-applied roof will last 10 to 20 years and save a significant amount of energy and money by reflecting heat. Fluid-applied roofs usually pay for themselves in 5 years in energy savings. If a fluid-applied roofing system is used before complete or catastrophic failure of the existing roof it is unnecessary to tear the old roof off. They are available with leak-free manufacturer warranties and maintenance packages.

Spray Foam Roofing

Spray Foam Roofing also known as Spray Polyurethane Foam roofing and SPF, is the most durable of the fluid-applied roofing materials. It is virtually impenetrable. It completely seals roofs from water infiltration. Spray foam adds structural strength and acts as the glue holding a home or building together. SPF roofing is resistant to extreme Florida weather and especially hurricanes.

Single Ply Reconditioning

Coating of a single-ply roof provides a tough, yet extremely flexible, 50-mil or 60-mil barrier between you and the elements.

Building owners will be pleased to learn that the system features favorable life cycle costing (a concept foreign to traditional black roofing products available on the market). Most roof coatings’ highly reflective surface reflects away 85 percent of the sun’s ultraviolet rays, keeping the roof cooler—and you know what a cooler roof means. It means that below, there is a cooler space to work or a cooler place to live. In fact, a “Cool Roof” membrane can do something dark surfaced roofing could never do: pay for itself! It can pay for itself in energy savings in an average of four to seven years!

Metal Roof Coatings

Discover Durable Elastomeric Coating for your Metal Roof

Fluid-applied roof coating is a process of coating a metal or flat roof with multiple passes of elastomeric coatings, such as silicone, urethane, acrylic, and polyurea. Creating a new roof that is seamless and reflective. This process is far less expensive than replacing the existing roof with a new one. A well-installed, fluid-applied roof will save a significant amount of energy in reflectivity, and will usually pay for itself in 5 years.
